2. AI NUN answers from that knowledge base

   Answers are drawn from what AI NUN finds there, and verified facts take priority over documents. The language model runs on your server too. When the answer is not there, AI NUN says so instead of guessing.

3. People get answers at any hour

   Day or night, in their own language, on your website and in Telegram. Telegram messages pass through Telegram’s servers; the answer itself is prepared on yours. Each answer takes tens of seconds, and the wait is shown step by step.
